NOVICE • SPORT • EXPERT

Annie Rooney was a passionate OMBC Series racer and a driving force behind Tecumseh’s Revenge. Her life was tragically cut short by a drunk driver, a loss that deeply affected the mountain biking community and everyone who knew her.
In 2017, “Annie’s Law” was enacted in her memory, helping prevent similar tragedies and carrying her legacy forward. Annie’s warmth, enthusiasm, and love for mountain biking continue to inspire riders today. At Scioto Trails, we honor her life, her passion, and the race she helped create.
